Burners over 36" should be "H" or Double style burners with center feed.
The burner shown is in steel and these are available in #304 stainless steel as well. The picture is to show you the configuration of the burner. The larger the burner the larger the pipes. Our burners have two rows of holes in each pipe so that a double burner will give you 6 rows of flames.
