Burners..

This is our latest venture and the first ones will be installed in a month or so. We will be posting pictures of the completed project. These are very futuristic Tiki Torches if that's what you would like to call them, enjoy.

This last one looks like Wilma Flintstone?

What we have done is create a vortex and added fire! These will be made available in all sizes, colors and shapes. Stay tuned for more installation pictures!

These are our round ring burners with out the center hub and these can be made in any size in steel or stainless steel

The pan below is a brushed aluminum pan with sculpted legs. This pan is for propane and now we offer a simple adapter to convert this to remote control from the back side (battery operated). The glass installed is a multi mix for the photo shoot only. The pan is 2" with 3" legs. This pan will be installed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

The fire pit below shows our FPPK (fire pit propane kit) a 30" base with a double 24" stainless steel burner. You will notice the igniter and thermo coupler (heat switch for safety). The base plate is to prevent propane from leaking into the fire pit below.

Below, this is what a ventless burner looks like when you purchase one and we can do with it for you.

All of our sheet metal and welding is now done in house as we acquired a full sheet metal facility.

The ventless burner below is 1 of 3 that were sent to Georgia. The glass that we tested was Multi Mix Base Glass. We show the burner finished, with the burners exposed, burning and with glass, We will post the pictures of the finished fireplace when the customer send them to us to post. This is a propane ventless burner and these also are made in natural gas as well.

Notice the stainless box tray underneath the upper pan.

The ventless burner below is made of steel and there were actually 4 of these made. We covered the front and sides with 5" skirts. There are being installed in Georgia and as soon as they send pictures we will post them These pictures were taken just after the testing. This is a ventless burner and these are available in natural gas as well.

The pictures below are of the same burner as above with Azurlite Base Glass installed. These 4 ventless burners are being installed in Georgia.

The skirts will hide the the valves and the remote control will be moved to the side of the fireplace. This was a ventless burner the customer sent to us for conversion and they asked for us to add a remote to all 4 ventless burners

The burner below is installed in San Diego California. This is a 4 burner stainless steel custom. It is turned on by 4 valves and measures 72" across which is in an 84" fire pit. We will post pictures of the finished project when we finish it.

We will show you all four burners burning and we will also have the pictures and location for you of the finished project as soon as we can. As we have said before, there is nothing we can't do or build! Below is the results of the above burner!

The fire table below is at the Ivy Hotel downtown San Diego. There was an 8' fire pit installed there as well by one of our dealers on top of the Ivy Hotel. If your ever down to San Diego you must visit the Ivy Hotel. www.IvyHotel.com

Below are the pictures of our fire table and the new fire pit being installed on the 7th floor. Cesar did a great job!

The flat pan below has a propane burner installed for a fire pit. These are made in any size, shape or burn pattern. The one shown below is an electronic ignition control and these can be adapted with manual ignition as well. This was build for a designer in New York and placed on a shelf of the fireplace.

The pan burner below is a stainless steel/ propane pan for outdoors and we have installed an electronic ignition under the pan. These can also be made for natural gas.

The table below was built for Jim Shaw in Riverside California. The stainless steel tray with stainless steel burners was build to Jim's specs. We used Bronze Base Glass, Bronze Reflective Base Glass and Pink Diamonds.This was a natural gas burner and could be easily converted to propane.

The burner below has a 300,000 btu controller, 36" triple ring mounted on a 48" aluminum base plate for a fire pit in San Diego. These can be adapted for natural gas or propane with up to a 96" lead pilot light and igniter.

The bowls below are a newer product which we can help you convert your table you have now or build a table around the the bowl we provide you. We can build these for natural gas or propane. Filled with crushed lava rock and ready for what ever you would like to cover it with. We can spin bowls in any size. These come with steel or stainless steel rings, double or single rings. The bowl are very economical and are available up to 24". Anything over 24"will be a custom size, but we can make any size.

These bowls were set up for propane and as you can see the thermo coupler in the picture above.

The propane burner below was made to inset flush to the floor with a remote control underneath the pan. The pan sat 5" below the surface so the glass would appear to be just above the surface. The outer ring was bolted down to keep the glass from falling underneath the burner in the event you ever had to service the burner or remote control. The tower you see is actually for the air mixer to draft fresh air to the propane before it burns.

As you can see we drilled it to look like a ribbon burner. This is what was ordered by the customer.

 

The round pan below is a propane pan with electronic ignition. This is a 36" aluminum pan with a 2" lip all around

The two pans below are stainless steel and are propane fueled with 415,000 btu electronic ignitions each.

The burner below is a propane manual valve with a pilot light. this burner is mounted on a 60" x 30" 1/2 round stainless steel plate which is not included as standard but an option.

The burner itself is a #304 stainless steel 1/2" pipe triple ring burner and can be used for propane or natural gas.

The twin ribbon burners below are 50" long each and powered be an electronic ignition. The will be installed in Santa Barbara California.As soon as the installation is complete we will post the finished pictures of the burners. They will be installed one in front of the other to create two walls of fire.

These we mock up shots with very low pressure in the shop and when they get installed you will be able to see the potential of these burners.

The ignition system that was powering these burners is a 110 volt 415,000 btu system. The control of the flame height can only be done manually as electronic control is not available as of yet for this unit.

Below is one of the two Fire Sticks we built in Nopomo, California at the Shea Homes Trilogy project. Each fireplace had an electronic ignition located on the side of the fireplace in a cabinet inset into the side of the fireplace.

This is a 30" x 30" triple stainless steel Square burner made from #304 Stainless Steel. These can also be made from #316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel or even Mild Steel.

This ring is a 16" x 30" Single #304 Stainless Steel Oval. These can be made from #316 Marine grade Stainless Steel as well.This was made to the customers template.

This is a 54" x 54" Single #304 Stainless Steel Triangle. These can be made from #316 Marine Grade Stainless as well or even Mild Steel. These can be made into doubles as well.

The fire pit below is in Marksville Louisiana and is at the Paragon Casino. The fire pit had an 18' fire ring installed in #304 stainless steel. The was done in and aluminum trough with 10 individual center feed burners. The gas line was a 1 1/2" and 5 lbs of pressure at 7" water column on natural gas. The ignition system is a Honeywell Infrared Flame Detection system. We will post more information on these larger fire features.

The big white ball is actually the Pearl of Louisiana.

Below is one of the sections with the stainless steel burners. The complete feature is filled with water all around the fire ring.

 

This stainless steel burner was designed and built by one of our dealers, Todd Janssen in Orange County, California. If you dream it, we can build it! This was build for a custom shaped fire pit.

 

 

On this page we will be posting our new line of burners in different sizes and shapes. These will soon be available on the E Store as well.

The ribbon burner below is made from 1/8" brushed stainless steel. The center was water jet cut and then we bent  the two center fins down to install the ribbon burner with electronic ignition. The base  plate measured 94" x 26" and was installed in San Diego, California. The architect is Kelly Crain of San Diego.

Hopefully we will be sent the finished pictures of the fireplace.

We can build these in any size, shape, material and in natural gas or propane.

This was tested in the shop with a minimal of 1/4 lb of natural gas. This burner is capable of at least an 18" ribbon burn. If you look in the center you will see the ignition head for the electronic ignition.

 

 

 

We built a set of fire stick for an architect "Woody Dike" on the Nipomo, California project (seen above) a few years ago. Then Woody contacted us to build a set for him. He even sent us a drawing and included a diorama!

Above and below you can see the control valves at the bottom of the Fire Sticks.

Below after installing and fine tuning the gas flow they then covered the base with sand and then topped it with Black Magic and several Toppers.  Awesome job Woody!

 

 

 

                                                                                                                                                     

The pan below was created by John Webber of San Diego. He made a cardboard mock up of what he wanted in his fireplace and we duplicated it in stainless steel. Here is  John's fireplace now, our pan and we will posts pictures of the finished fireplace with our  pan when John sends them to us. The glass that was installed in this pictures of the pan is Pink Rosa Base Glass.

 

The burner below was a custom 14" hexagon designed burner by our customer for their fire pit.

The burner below is a propane ribbon burner with all stainless steel construction.

The pan and all around was filled with glass hiding/ concealing all of the workings.

A ribbon burner will mold all of the flames together making it look like a ribbon of fire.

 

The burner below is a rectangular burner specified by the customer.

For some reason they ordered 2 1/2" legs underneath, so we just did it!

The fire pit below was built and designed by Brett Parks in Indiana.  Brett came to us to help hm create his water fire feature for his back yard and be able to winterize it during their frigid winters. The glass he used was a:

Clear Base Glass,

E.D Scarlett Diamonds,

E.D. Clear Diamonds.

We then built a custom shape stainless steel burner to fit his idea. We will explain as we go.
