The next fireplace has a Starfire base, Gold (15 lbs) 2 lbs of Ice ice Ice and 3 of our new 4" Black Porcelain coated Fire Balls! What went wrong was they left the screens on and the burner was not centered, very important!

I hope she removed the screen centered the burner...

Now it looks nice!

Our SP Silver Fireballs start off with a Chrome finish, but with direct heat contact change colors. Variations range from a Golden hue, a Liquid Mercury stain and a Bronzed finish.  However, if the SP Silver Fireballs are placed outside of direct fire/heat contact the Chrome finish may be preserved.
